REQUESTING ACCOMODATIONS FOR ACCESSIBILITY
At Shreveport Little Theatre, we are committed to making our performances accessible to all patrons. Below is the procedure to request accommodations when purchasing tickets:
1. CONTACT THE BOX OFFICE
• Phone: Call our Box Office at (318) 424-4439.
• Hours: Monday - Friday, Noon to 4:00 p.m.
• Advanced Notice Required: Please notify the Box Office of your accommodation needs at least 7 days before the desired performance date to allow us time to arrange seating or services.
2. PROVIDE SPECIFIC DETAILS
When you call, inform the Box Office of:
• The specific performance date and time you wish to attend.
• Your seating needs (e.g., wheelchair-accessible space, companion seating).
• Any additional services you may require (e.g., hearing devices, aisle seating for mobility considerations).
3. CONFIRMATION
The Box Office staff will confirm your request and provide details about the reserved seating arrangement and any other accommodations.
4. PURCHASING TICKETS
• Tickets can be purchased over the phone at the time of your accommodation request.
• If you have already purchased tickets, inform the Box Office immediately to modify your seating arrangement.
DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE
• Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to showtime to ensure smooth entry and assistance to your seat.
• Assistance on Site: Our ushers will be available to guide you to your reserved seating.
